This is each specific diet I’m going to be following over the next year and they are gong to rotate in a order that will allow me to get adequate calories every other week. That way I’m not restricting calories every week that can take a toll on your bodies metabolism. Another thing to look forward to in fad-tabulous is the actual research that is going to promote the or belittle the theory behind it all.

Activity is also a very important part of weight maintenance and over all health and certain chronic disease prevention. So the first week of every diet I will be doing cardio activity, the second week will only be doing resistance training. That activity routine for each week will also be logged as well, then if your a runner or weight lifter you might be able to see different benefits to your activity routine as well!
