Master Cleanse (Lemonade diet)

The master Cleanse is certainly a more restrictive plan versus most, the only ingredients are going to be Lemon juice, Maple syrup, Cayenne pepper, and water! How the diet is performed can vary slightly some also use a laxative tea or detox tea in addition to consuming 8-10 glasses of the mixture with the above ingredients. Several recipes also show that you may use lime juice or honey to replace syrup and Lemon juice as well. Zero solid foods are allowed or additional ingredients versus what is listed. A large part of this diet is also to stay away from anything processed or organic ingredients are recommended to help clean the body.

  • 2 tbsp of Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/10 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • water

Day 1: Eliminate all the junk food, processed foods and alcohol

Day 2: eliminating the rest of the processed sugars, proteins, caffeine, and adding veggies and fruits

Day 3: is liquids only but if you prefer to juice or blend things with additional calories and flavors you may.

Day 4: should be the day of only Orange juice, adding in additional maple syrup if you feel the need.

Dat 5: Is day 1 of the master cleanse and the instructions below are exactly what I will follow for ingredients the rest of the next 2-weeks or the approximate 10 days.

Instructions: Mix all the ingredient together and drink warm/hot, then mixing in waters between glasses of the Master Cleanse mixture based off of hunger throughout the day. Enjoy 🙂
